This policy explains what happens to the information you send with a plywood enquiry on this website, which cookies we use, and how to contact us about your data.
What you send us
An enquiry can include your name, company, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, country or destination port, the product you are interested in your message and any drawings or specification files you attach. Attached files travel with your enquiry email and are not stored on the website. Please do not send payment-card details, passwords or anything else we do not need to discuss a plywood order.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply, clarify the specification, prepare a quotation, send samples and handle any order that follows. Sending an enquiry does not sign you up for a newsletter, and we do not sell or share your details with other companies.
Hosting and email services
This website and its enquiry form run on Cloudflare. Your enquiry reaches our export team by email through Resend or our Google Workspace account. These services process the data needed to host the site and deliver your message. When anti-spam verification is on, Cloudflare also checks a verification token and your network address.
Analytics cookies
With your consent we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages buyers read. Analytics stays off until you click Accept, and no analytics cookies are set before that. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings button at the bottom of the page.
Form submission state
When you send the form, this browser tab keeps a request reference and whether the submission was confirmed, so a lost connection does not send your enquiry twice. It does not store your name, email or message, and it is cleared once the submission is confirmed or you start a new enquiry.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep enquiry emails for as long as we discuss or handle your order. To see, correct or delete what we hold, email us and name the enquiry. Records tied to an order may need to be kept for accounting and customs.
