Can I get the document pack before placing an order?
Yes. Send the destination, end use and panel construction. We email the relevant files so your purchasing or compliance team can review them alongside the quotation.
Does one document cover every property of the plywood?
No. Emission, glue bond, face grade and thickness are separate specification lines. Choose the test or document that answers each requirement, and keep the agreed panel build on the order.
Can you arrange testing to our customer’s method?
Yes. We arrange third-party testing through SGS. Include the method, acceptance value and specimen construction in your enquiry so the report answers the customer’s requirement.
How should we specify E0 or E1?
Name the class together with its test method and unit. Specify the resin and bond requirement on a separate line. The emission page explains the test evidence supplied for our furniture panels.
Can we order FSC or CE panels?
Yes, both are available*. Put the required forest claim or construction application in the enquiry before booking. *Supplied directly or through qualified partner mills.
Is PEFC the same requirement as FSC?
No. They are separate forest certification systems. Give us the exact scheme and claim required by your purchase specification; a different forest label should not be substituted on the order.
Do the files include private origin data?
The shipment dossier is delivered directly to your team. It carries the origin information needed for the order, while this page provides an overview of the records and document route.
When should we book extra testing or a special document route?
Before approving production. Book FSC sourcing with the required claim and supplier documentation, and state extra test methods in the enquiry. Those costs are quoted with the order; standard production is 15–45 days after deposit.
What should our receiving team compare on arrival?
Match pack identifiers and sheet counts to the packing list, then compare dimensions, edges and faces with the agreed specification and sample. Keep the shipment photos with the receiving record.
Can one order serve more than one destination?
Yes. List each destination and its document requirements at quotation stage. We prepare the agreed panel specification and evidence pack so your team can allocate the shipment to the intended markets.
